If you do not have access to green garlic bulbs, regular garlic cloves can be substituted). \r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 shallot peeled and minced \r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 tablespoons basil chiffonade (sliced into small thin ribbons)\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 tablespoons parsley finely sliced\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 cups cherry tomatoes \r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1\/4 cup toasted pecans (to toast bake at 325 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes until golden)\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 cup cold pressed grape seed oil \r<\/li>\n\n            <\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"zrdn-block-wrap zrdn-instructions\"  >    <h3 class=\"zrdn-recipe-label zrdn-instructions-label\">\n        Instructions    <\/h3>\n<ul class=\"zrdn-list zrdn-instructions-list   zrdn-element_instructions\">\n\t\t            <li>Season the trout with salt and pepper inside and out. (Your local fish market will provide it whole, gutted, and cleaned). \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Slice the lemon into thin disks.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Place the lemon, rosemary, and thyme inside the trout.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Coat the outside with olive oil. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Place additional lemons slices on the outside of the trout.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Place in a oiled baking dish. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Roast trout at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After 10 minutes add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan.  \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>The fish will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes depending on the size.
